ProConnect

ProConnect: For professionals working for Jewish organizations in the DMV

The DMV is a great place for professionals to work at Jewish organizations–and it’s getting greater. Our local professionals create a thriving Jewish community, and we want to support them and their work.

After years of hearing from local professionals and understanding the needs of our community, ProConnect was designed to offer best-in-class, high quality professional development, networking opportunities, and convenings to build skills, leadership pathways, and a community of peers. We are committed to attracting, retaining, and supporting professionals who power Jewish life in the DMV.

While we draw on national best practices, ProConnect is guided by a Founding Committee of 10 local professionals who work with JTP to design programming and identify ongoing needs of local professionals.

Over the coming months, we’ll unveil a suite of offerings and share more about our initial Shabbat dinner gatherings. Together, we will build and shape a more interconnected community of professionals who learn with and from each other.
