ProConnect provides professionals with high quality professional development, networking opportunities, and convenings to build their skills, leadership pathways, and a community of peers.

ProConnect is guided by a Founding Committee of 8–12 professionals who work with JTP to design programming and identify needs of local professionals.

Over the coming months, we’ll unveil a suite of offerings and share more about our initial Shabbat dinner gatherings.

The Collaborative is for organizations that share our vision and that aspire to be exemplars: workplaces that set the standard for excellence in the Jewish communal sector and that are known throughout the community as such.

The Collaborative is a two-year commitment for organizations and their leaders, both lay and professional, who are dedicated to being the best in the sector. JTP provides the framework, the curriculum, the expertise, and the peer community. Participating organizations bring the internal leadership and the willingness to do the work.
